Satisfaction Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

POLICY TERMS:

• You may request a return of your item within 7 days of the delivery date. 
• Please contact us at uptowngirljewelrydesigns@outlook.com and provide a reason for the return.
• Please note that all items are photographed prior to packaging.
• If you claim the item was received damaged or defective, please take a minimum of 3 photos showing the damage and email the photos to the email address above.
• If the item is determined to be damaged or defective, you will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping).
• You will be refunded once we receive the item back.  (Shipment of item is customer's responsibility.)
